Bridge Meer38, Meerane (Germany)

Handrail light 3001

When the old bridge sea38 in Meerane (Saxony) had received alarming scores for its condition after several tests, it became clear that very soon a replacement construction was needed. After all, the bridge is one of the main public transport links around the city. The new bridge was built in just six months - 52 meters long and 13 meters wide - including a footpath on each side of the bridge.

During darkness the bridge is illuminated by six streetlights and a two-sided LED handrail type HELLUX 3001. In particular, the light from the handrail was much appreciated by the Meeraner citizens.
